Good skin is a process, and it doesn’t happen overnight. The progress may differ from person to person. Some react more effectively to the active ingredients, while others are slower (lets not forget lifestyle has a big impact on your skin as well!).
If you have used our products as recommended and for 60 days, you are eligible for our 60 Day Guarantee. Simply follow these 5 steps to qualify for a refund:
- Take a photo of your skin on the 1st day of use with a time stamp.
- Complete your 30 consecutive days of use and take a picture with a timestamp.
- Complete your 60 consecutive days of use and take a picture with a timestamp.
- Email support@arbormens with your 3 time stamped photos.
- Allow 3 business days for your application to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an email. For more information, please read our terms and conditions.
We typically respond within 24 hours.
All returns must be processed within 60 days of receiving the order.
Your full order number must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, any shipping cost are not refunded.
Please note, you will be responsible for the shipping and we recommend using a trackable service as lost return items cannot be reimbursed.
The new tracking number that you provide should not be the tracking number of the original order.
If something arrives damaged we will be happy to help. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage. A photo of the damage including how it arrived in the shipping box is required.
